System Configuration

1) Primary Combustion Chamber

The main cremation chamber performs direct incineration of animal remains under controlled high temperature for stable and complete burnout.

2) Particulate Sedimentation & Flue-Gas Retention Chamber

A reinforced conditioning chamber designed for particulate settling and extended flue-gas residence time, improving combustion completeness and supporting cleaner exhaust management.

3) Mix Combustion Chamber

A high-temperature mixing zone that stabilizes gas flow, strengthens oxidation efficiency, and prepares flue gas for the next high-temperature stage.

4) Secondary Combustion Chamber

A dedicated high-temperature chamber for deep oxidation of flue gases from the primary chamber, supporting effective removal of odor and organic compounds, and ensuring high destruction efficiency.

5) Chimney System

A 6-meter SS304 stainless-steel stack provides stable draft and safe discharge.

6) Control System

A PLC-based automation package manages operating logic and safety interlocks, with integrated alarms and protection functions to reduce operator workload and improve reliability.
